For us the promotion means new clients and for our clients it means being rewarded financially for simply talking to their friends about us. It's probably very much like in your own business. You have clients that are talkers and clients that aren't so social.
Remember, Salon Swift can keep track of how a new client heard about you, so you can reward them and encourage further referals. When entering client details, make use of the referal area and the referal client area. You can then use that information to reward your clients that refer you new clients.
You can take it a step further, you can run a promotion to encourage new clients through existing clients like we have. It can work but you must have good data on your clients to make it work. So remember, use of the referal tools in the new/edit client screen.
